Bodyworx Health Clinic Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments and late cancellations not only affect how well you progress but can also cause inconvenience for other patients who are desperate for an appointment but couldn’t get one.

We recognise that situations can arise where it is not always possible to attend your appointments but unfortunately, due to the number of late cancellations or no shows we have been experiencing recently, we have decided to impose a mandatory late cancellation fee.

We appreciate that the vast majority of the patients attend their appointments or give us plenty of notice if they cannot make it, but the clinic is very busy and appointment slots can be limited, meaning that sometimes patients have to wait a few days for an appointment.

To not unnecessarily inconvenience patients who urgently need care, appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance to allow reception to schedule someone else in to that slot, so please give 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your booked appointments.
 

- Late cancellations (48hrs - 24hrs notice) will have a flat £10 fee

- Late cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) or failing to arrive for appointments, without notice, will be charged at the 50% appointment fee.
